Good Samaritan Ministry Minimize
The Good Samaritan Ministry put a new metal roof on our warehouse building, where we store our building materials, in February of 2010 and in April a strong windstorm blew a huge portion of the roof off causing over $6000 in damages. With the help of the Presbytery of WV and Synod of the Trinity we received $4000 to help with the repairs. We have purchased most of the materials and are in the process of repairing the roof with the help of local volunteers, which will save us a lot of money in labor. The weather has slowed us down, but we hope to get the job completed soon.

With the roof repaired we will be able to store the additional building materials that we are receiving in July. Most of the materials will be used by workgroups coming this summer to help repair homes in the community.

We are so thankful for the financial help that will enable us to share the love of Christ in words and deeds. Thanks for sharing in our mission here in Whitesville, WV.
