BY STEP PROCESS FOR GETTING TO YOUR WEST VIRGINIA WORK TRIP

- For
spring and fall mission teams, please send a deposit of $25/person, to
confirm your reservation, to WVMAW, P. O. Box 5, Charlton Heights, WV 25040.
This deposit is not refundable. NOTE: Summer mission
deposits (June through August) $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your
reservation.
- If
you haven’t already, start having mission training with your group. Pick a
spiritual theme and teach some basic carpentry skills.
- Copy
our forms
(click here) and ask each member of your group to fill them out.
Participants under age 18 must fill out both forms.
- Send
completed forms, copies of driver’s licenses (for those driving
volunteers) and fee balance to WVMAW, P. O. Box 5, Charlton Heights, WV
25040, two months prior to your trip.
- After
receiving your forms, we will pick a project that suits your group’s
skills. Then we
will send you a Volunteer Information Sheet with directions, phone numbers,
a tool list, information about the housing location, and other helpful
information.
- Arrive
in West Virginia, ready to be blessed by the work you do!
