John Bolt,  Stated Clerk, 
Parliamentarian and custodian of Presbytery's records. 

Lois Coffey, Financial Administrator/Treasurer
Handles all financial matters of Presbytery. Helps develop Presbytery's budget. Notifies churches of their financial commitments to the Presbytery and mission beyond the Presbytery.

Karen Robinson, Resource Center Director
Oversees Presbytery's Resource Center. 

Terry Cunningham, Associate Presbyter for Older Adult Ministry
Provides workshops and articles on older adult issues. Consults about social and financial resources available to older adults.

Margaret Bolt,  Office Administrator 
Works with Committee on Ministry, Preparation for Ministry and Congregational Development Committees.  Keeps all Minister information up-to-date with the GA, Synod and Board of Pensions.  Assists Stated Clerk.

Erica Panaro, Administrative Assistant/Bluestone Secretary. 
Handles registrations for camps and finances for Bluestone Conference Center.   Maintains committee and Sampler mailing lists. Works with committees in sending out committee notices and minutes.  Assists Financial Administrator, DCE, AP for Older Adult Ministries and Executive Presbyter.

Sherri Walker,  Information Services Director.  
Computer Technician for the office.  Web site development and maintenance.  Sampler editor. Compiles and prints Presbytery directory.  Prepares reports and materials for Presbytery meetings.  Prepares and prints Presbytery minutes and Manual.   

Out of Office Staff

Carolyn Arbuckle, Hunger Action Enabler
Oversees Cents-Ability program. Assists congregations in addressing hunger needs in their community.

Susan Sharp Campbell, Associate for Educational Ministries
Assists and supports congregations, educators, and pastors in the areas of Christian Education and Youth Ministry, including teacher training, program development and evaluation, officer training.

Peter Vial, Associate for Congregational Development
Staffs the Congregational Development Committee and relates to the entire Presbytery on matters relating to strengthening our congregations’ missional identity, vitality and transformation toward what God is calling them to be and do in today’s world.
